This 100% Australian Brewers Wheat whisky, became a “Comedy of Errors” when Mathew ordered his ingredients, they kept sending the wrong items ! Not being one to sit and wait, so why not try to turn a bad situation into a Cinderella story? This resulted in an amazing  whisky with no other grains or malts added, and matured in Bourbon cask and finished in a Shiraz cask resulting in viscous smooth flavours with sultry undertones.
