Distilled with care in their traditional small-batch copper pot stills, Sherry Cask Strength is a serious whisky connoisseur's delight and made to savour. This classic Limeburners expression has spent time in ex-bourbon American oak before maturing further in an Australian Sherry cask, allowing it to develop notes of buttery caramel, dried apricot and almond croissant. Limeburners recommend tasting neat, before adding a few drops of water to unleash the full flavour of this complex and elegant expression. Each barrel will exhibit its own unique characteristics, creating slight variation from expression to expression.
