Matured in small Apera (Australian Sherry) casks for 2 years, then finished a 200 ltr French oak Muscat barrel from the Holm Oak Vineyards on the Tamar River for a further 14 months. Bottled at 55% for full flavour. From barley to the bottle, Single Malt Whisky made entirely under the one roof at Hangar 17 in Launceston, Tasmania.
