From South East Queensland aged 5 Years using a small batch pot distillation method. Single-barrel aged in a limited selection of 200L American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels for five years and finished with a dash of their finest 10-year-old rum. Vision: Burnt golden butterscotch. Aroma: Complex nose with lifted bourbon oak notes and spice, increasing depth from a slight smokiness. Lifted clean and fruity scent, tempered with hints of vanillin. Flavour: One for the connoisseurs with a rich and heavy sensation hit coupled with bold heat. Serve: On the rocks for slow consideration.
