The finest seasonal sugar cane is cut, crushed, fermented and distilled at Husk Farm Distillery.This cane spirit is then redistilled with Australian grapefruit, native lemon myrtle and strawberry gum leaves - gin style - to create Botanic. Mix with tonic water and a serve with a slice of fresh grapefruit!
