Gin, with a distinctly Australian measure of intensity and character. For the 2020 release, the over-proofed Macedon
Dry recipe was steeped native Australian Davidson Plums
in it for 12 months. Thanks to newly borrowed pressing equipment this batch boasts a richer, more intense profile than previous editions, with some gentle tannins balancing the subtle sweetness, spice and pure plum flavour.
