Adelaide Distillery first release whisky is full of aroma and engaging flavour with hints of banana and caramel. Every step of this boutique silky spirit is handmade. It embarked on a slow process involving mashing South Australian barley and allowing it to ferment for two weeks, then the liquid was carefully double distilled before the new make started its four-year maturation in a brand new 100L French Oak barrel. Limited to just 150 bottles, this very first release won’t last long.
